Warranty, Insurance and Return Item Information





GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY: We guarantee the product will be in the condition described and in working order or you may return it for a refund. Insurance is optional and required to return an item. Without the optional insurance the item is considered As-Is. We must be notified within two days of receipt if there are any problems via e-mail to youcanbuyithere@mail.com and the item must be returned to our Company within 10 days of notification. PLEASE OPEN THE ITEM UPON RECEIPT, IF PAST THE TWO DAYS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER A REFUND.
We will refund the purchase price and the freight to you; return freight is the responsibility of the buyer. If you desire to return an item that is in working condition, we will refund your purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. We will not refund the outbound shipping charges and the return shipping charges will be your responsibility.



WARRANTIES: We have a 14 day warranty on electronic items, items under warranty will so indicate. We will not warranty an item that has been abused or misused. We reserve the right to replace the item with another or refund your purchase price. Sorry, non-warranty items with out insurance cannot be returned.

CHECKING OUT: You may pay for an item in one of the following methods; Money Order, PayPal with an e-mail address of youcanbuyithere@mail.com or Personal Check with a 7 day hold upon receipt. Name and address for payment will be provided in our confirmation e-mail to you.

SHIPPING AND HANDLILNG: We will not ship to a P.O. Box Number; we must have a street address.

INSURANCE: $1.50 will cover up to a $100.00 item.
